I want to start off by saying that me and my companion worked VERY hard. We contacted people a ton, looked for the best way to teach people with members, committed people to come to church, visited all of the less actives, and did everything we could this week to help everyone come closer to Jesus Christ. So a couple experiences that happened this week
1.) We had a FHE with one of the bishopric counselors and his family. They brought 6 people there who were not members of the church. We taught the restoration and the spirit there was very strong. At the end of the lesson we sang The Joseph Smiths first prayer and the spirit was crazy strong. Then one of the non members there came to the stake conference yesterday. Super cool experience.
2.) Yesterday was stake conference and I am in the same stake here as where I started my mission. I was in my first area for 6 months, and I got really close to a lot of people there. I got to see them yesterday and it was a very special experience for me. I love these people here so very much. They have a very special place in my heart and will forever.
Those were the 2 main big things that happened this week. I love my mission and am so greatful to my Heavenly Father for this oppurtunity he has given me to be a missionary and to serve Him. I want to invite everyone who reads this to try and look for ways to share the gospel. The gospel really is what blesses us and helps us to be happy and to one day return to live with our Heavenly Father again. Share that happiness with others :)
Have a wonderful week!
