Hey Guys, this was a good week. It was actually super normal which I guess is a good thing. But I have learned a lot this week let me talk a little bit about what I have learned.
First off I have learned more about how God loves each and every one of us. I talked to a lot of people this week and I told all of them that God loves them and wants the best for them. I know God loves me and that he knows me personally. I know that God wants the best for every single person that lives on this earth because we are His children. He is our father. I thought this week a lot more in my parents and everything they have done for me in my life. All the things my sisters as well have done for me in my life. All the things that I have done for them. How much I love my family. And then I thought again about my Heavenly Father. How much he loves us and how he loves us perfectly. I love Him. I love my Savior Jesus Christ a ton too. Thanks to Him we can all return to live in the presence of our Heavenly Father again.
Also learned a lot about hard work. This area is teaching me what it means to really work hard. I mean I was learning it a lot before but even more here in Belize. In this area their arent any buses to take us around our area so we walk everywhere. Also the people here are extremely laid back. They are very simple people. They just eat sleep work and talk with their friends and anything other than that is almost like they just dont want to do it. They feel like you are asking them to do something that isnt necessary. So we hear no a lot. And that means we have to find someone else thats gonna say yes. Their are those that say yes and who do listen to us but we need more and so we are working really hard right now with that. Also where I am at its a group. It isnt a ward not even a branch. Wards do not exist here in Belize. Their isnt a stake so their cannot be a ward.
So our group is of about 20 active members. And when I say that thats like some weeks some come then other weeks like a few different people come and their are about 5 people who come regularly every single week.
But also, found this really awesome new investigator named Akim. He is super BIG and has a ton of tatoos but I dont care about that he is super cool. He said he met the missionaries in the states and went to church twice but then he came back to belize. SO we found him and are gonna start working with him and teaching him. Ill keep you all posted if something happens with that.
Well I love all of you guys and hope you all have a great week, look forward to next week cause I am going to send some awesome pictures of some Miyan ruins that I went to this morning! I just dont have an adaptor with me so I cant send them today sorry. But I love you all! Especially my family I love you guys thank you so much for all of your love and support!
